Development of Industrial Cooperation with Iran

At the invitation of the Ministry of Energy of Iran, Viktor Fokin, General Director of Energoservis LLC, visited Iran.

The main focus of the meetings was discussing work within the framework of roadmaps approved by the Minister of Energy of Iran, Abbas Aliabadi, during a meeting in the winter of 2025, and by the Deputy Minister of Oil of Iran, General Director of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC, the world's 3rd largest oil and gas concern), Hamid Bovard, in May 2025.

Following an assignment from Hamid Bovard, Energoservis LLC has signed an agreement with one and is conducting negotiations with the management of five NIOC subsidiaries, as well as four major oilfield service companies executing projects for NIOC.

In line with the assignment from the Minister of Energy of Iran, Abbas Aliabadi, a series of meetings were held with the leadership of the electric power industry to implement the roadmap. Summations of the work, overseen by Deputy Minister Mr. Yazdi and the Head of the External Relations Department of the Iranian Ministry of Energy, Mr. Allahudini, are scheduled for the end of November.

In addition to the roadmap-specified meetings, Viktor Fokin, General Director of Energoservis LLC, held over twenty more working meetings with a number of major companies representing Iran's mining and metallurgical industry as part of the thematic exhibition. At all these meetings, in addition to the heads, the chiefs of technical departments participated. This enabled reaching specific agreements on areas of cooperation and next steps for the parties, approved by the senior management. Interest in the products offered by Energoservis was confirmed by repeated meetings in a broader format, initiated by several Iranian companies during the exhibition days.

Within the framework of the exhibition, working meetings were held under the chairmanship of the heads of three of the country's five largest mining companies.
